Hollie's is a new concept by Hal Smith Restaurant Group designed to fit the casual diner seeking the warm flavors of the Southwest. Hatch Green Chile's from New Mexico along with Chipotle & Habanero Peppers are utilized in some of the dishes to bring out the flavors. Along with the warm flavors Hollie's bar features a great selection of Top Shelf Tequila's perfect for sipping or mixing. The wine list is made up of bold wines from Argentina, Chile, & Portugal to accentuate the spices of each dish. Ask for our Jalapeno Infused Cazadores Tequila on the rocks or in our Hot Hollie.
Sitting directly in front of the Warren Theatre, Hollie's is the perfect spot for dinner and a movie. The design of the dining room lends itself to smaller parties that want to get away for the evening and enjoy a great meal together.
